Our next Performer's Evening will be on Tuesday 26 June.
Where: KBB Music Central Showroom, 136 Karangahape Rd, Auckland Central
When: 7.30pm (doors open at 7pm for warming up)
Level: All
Cost: Gold coin donation at the door for Auckland Secondary Schools Music Festival Trust
Come along and play:solo pieces/studies
solo + piano* - just one movement of a piece is fine.
duets - with another double reeder/or other instrument
chamber groups - double reeds or mixed
*You will need to arrange your own pianist. Let us know if you have someone who would also be available to play for other people - or if you would like to be informed if this opportunity comes up.
Please let us know by Tuesday 19 June if you are interested in playing. Include details of what you would like to play, other performers in your group and approximate length.
This will be an informal occassion with no programme. Come along and try out your exam/competition pieces, use it to have a goal to work towards or just to share something you have enjoyed working on. Non performing members are most welcome to come along and listen.
